Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Midlife Mastery Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully prior to purchase.

Program Access & Eligibility

Midlife Mastery is an advanced, ongoing mentorship program designed exclusively for graduates of the Monarch Health Clinician Mentorship. Enrollment is limited and offered by invitation or approved application only.

Access to program materials is granted upon successful enrollment and remains active for the duration of the membership term.

Live Sessions & Recordings

  • All Midlife Mastery sessions are delivered live on scheduled dates
  • Attendance at live sessions is not guaranteed due to individual schedules
  • No refunds will be issued if a participant is unable to attend a live session

Recordings

  • All live sessions are recorded
  • Recordings will be uploaded to the learning platform within 48 hours of the live session
  • Access to recordings is available to active annual members for the duration of their membership

Live discussion, Q&A, and case-based interaction are unique to the live experience and cannot be recreated after the session.

Membership Fees & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

  • No refunds are offered for:
  • Membership enrollment
  • Missed live sessions
  • Early termination or non-use of the membership
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for ending a membership early
  • No exceptions will be made for schedule conflicts, clinical obligations, or personal circumstances

By enrolling, you acknowledge that participation is optional and attendance is not guaranteed.

Clinician Capsules Inclusion

  • All Clinician Capsules released during the active calendar year are included with an active Midlife Mastery annual membership
  • Previously purchased Clinician Capsules are not refundable
  • Membership does not retroactively apply to or credit prior capsule purchases
  • Previously paid capsules remain the responsibility of the purchaser

Program Modifications

Midlife Mastery is a dynamic, clinically responsive program. The following may occur without constituting grounds for refund:

  • Session topics may evolve based on emerging research or clinical relevance
  • Session dates or times may change due to scheduling or clinical demands
  • Faculty, format, or content delivery may be modified as needed

Participants will be notified of significant changes through the course platform.

Professional Use & Conduct

Midlife Mastery is intended for educational and professional development purposes only. Content is not a substitute for independent clinical judgment or institutional protocols.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully, professionally, and ethically. The program reserves the right to revoke access for behavior that compromises the integrity or safety of the learning environment. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
